Please tell me I am waking from a nightmare and this truly is not happening! Surely sixty-five spineless U. S. Senators did not have the gall to thumb their nose at God Almighty and reject millennia of Christian morals and history by forcing homosexuals onto the backs of military men and women in every branch of the Armed Forces! Please tell me it isn’t so! How in the name of decency, honor, and respect for the American soldiers who have gone before and the voluntary military personnel serving today could lame-duck Senators, on the eve of Christmas 2010, betray America’s Christian roots and the soldiers who serve us by forcibly sodomizing the American military?

America has reached a new low in its march over the cliff. These U. S. Senators, choking on the stench of their own moral genocide, have betrayed every decent American serving in the voluntary U. S. Military. Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen and Defense Secretary Robert Gates, both in an effort to appease the President and all the socialist/communist left wing of the Democratic Party, bowed to the pressure to torpedo the U. S. Military and force American soldiers to swallow their religious, cultural, and moral principles and kiss up to the sodomites.

Every branch of the U. S. Military has been ordered to begin sensitivity training seminars so American soldiers will tolerate sodomites. A zero tolerance policy will be implemented in every branch of the military to enforce the inclusion of sodomites. Any American soldier who dares cast any kind of aspersion toward a sodomite will find himself standing before a company commander with grim consequences. Could we sink so low into moral debauchery as to force those who stand guard over America’s national security to be forced to endorse the heinous sin of sodomy? Surely this is the time for every God-fearing American soldier to cast a vote with his feet, pack up, and disconnect from a military that is forced to swallow, without blinking, the AIDS infested sodomites of America.

The repeal of the Don’t Ask/ Don’t Tell Policy did not take place in lame-duck session on the eve of Christmas without good reason. These Senators knew that the new U. S. Congress to assemble in January of 2011 would never allow this legislation to make it to the President’s desk for signature. These mentally impaired Senators voted for the no-amendments-allowed “privileged” bill without giving time for substantive hearings to examine this highly controversial legislation. Acting post-haste, these Senators completely ignored a voluminous number of field commanders who strongly opposed this sell out of the U. S. Military.

Every American with just a touch of common sense knows that the inclusion of sodomites in the military will compromise every aspect of the military and will have serious consequences for the future security of the United States of America. No straight soldier—male or female—will be able to serve in any branch of the military without the constant threat of either offending a sodomite or being forced to submit to the advances of a sodomite and called before the Company Commander for any violation of the zero-tolerance policy.

Data displayed on the 2010 DADT Survey website indicates that among Army combat arms personnel, 21.4% would leave sooner than planned, and 14.6% would think about leaving—a total potential loss of more than a third (36%) of those valuable troops (DATD Survey Appendix J, p. 53).

Marine combat arms would be weakened even more, with 32% of Marines saying they would leave sooner than planned, and 16.% considering an early end to their careers, totaling almost half (DADT Survey Appendix L, p 47).

Sadly for America, the U. S. Military was the first segment of the nation to abandon its long history of segregation of the races and initiate the forced integration of the races in 1946. This opened the door for the rejection of Scripture principles. The forced sodomizing of the U. S. Military will turn upside-down six thousand years of morality by pushing homosexual behavior down the throats of the American public. If God does not judge America for this radical move into the abyss of immorality, He will need to apologize to the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah, the wicked sinkhole judged in fire and brimstone that now rests at the bottom of the Dead Sea. The words sodomy and gonorrhea derive their origin from the reprobate, ancient city of sin where homosexuality was the favored past time—see Genesis 19).

The sixty-five U. S. Senators who delivered a Christmas gift marked “sodomy” to the American military should hang their heads in shame, while the American public should rise up in righteous indignation and demand a repeal of this horrific legislation. If the sitting U. S. Congress does not repeal this anti-Christian legislation over the obvious veto that will come from the White House, they should hang their heads in shame before God and the American public.

Just in case someone reading this may have overdosed on false pity and a warped sense of Christian love, remember that the sin of sodomy was considered a crime in almost every state of the United States of America from the beginning of our country’s history until the infamous U. S. Supreme Court case Lawrence v. Texas struck down a Texas law prohibiting the sin of sodomy in June 26, 2003. This decision opened the floodgates for the sin of sodomy to gain favored status throughout the U. S.

The crime of sodomy is now protected by the U. S. Government, endorsed by many liberal mainstream churches, coddled by many mega churches, and forced down the throats of American public school children as an acceptable alternate lifestyle. Is it any wonder that parents by the thousands are removing their children from the public schools where their sons and daughters will have this sin crammed down their throats and find themselves yoked with unbelievers (II Corinthians 6:14)?

The battle against homosexuality will not be won in the U. S. Congress, the White House, or in the Supreme Court. These government entities are devoted to the cause of immorality. That is clearly evidenced by the fact that government-endorsed abortion has been protected by law in this country since 1973, and more than fifty million children have been murdered under color of law. The moral insanity of our government is further evidenced by the fact that the Supreme Court reversed 360 years of moral history and struck down in Loving v. Virginia, 1967, the statute that prohibited interracial marriage.

Let us not forget that the U. S. Government and the U. S. Supreme Court have followed the trends found in mainstream churches. The battle for moral standards has been lost in the pulpits of this land and in millions of homes where God and His Word no longer are honored. The sin of homosexuality must be defeated in the homes where godly fathers stand with Scripture and where God-fearing Christians demand that ministers declare Bible truth about sin or simply withhold the tithe and turn hireling preachers out to pasture. Moreover, the American electorate must demonstrate their conviction for moral truth at the ballot box by supporting only those candidates who will stand against the tidal wave of immorality and render an emphatic NO to sodomy and abortion.

The God of creation, the very God Who authored life, has given His children the manufacturer’s handbook in a book called the Bible. God’s Word is infallible, unchanging, and remains relevant for every generation. God intended for His Word to mold and impact the culture in every generation. Sadly, a culture of sin now shapes the worldview of millions of Americans. Certainly this culture of wickedness is alive and well across the country as the American public allows their preachers to remain silent on this issue and their elected leaders to overthrow God’s eternal and unchanging Word by legislative statute, court decrees, and executive orders.

What God has decreed let no man, no pulpit, no legislature, and no court overthrow: “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination” (Leviticus 18:22). “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an atbomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” (Leviticus 20:13) “There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel” (Deuteronomy 23:17). King Asa, a righteous king in the Kingdom of Judah, “ …took away the sodomites out of the land …” (I Kings 15:12).

Jehoshaphat, the son of Asa, removed the sodomites left over from his fathers reign: “And the remnant of the sodomites, which remained in the days of his father Asa, he took out of the land” (I Kings 22:46). Among the reforms the godly King Josiah of Judea instituted was his refusal to allow sodomites to prevail during his reign: “And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were by the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the grove” (II Kings 23:7).

The rejection of sodomy is not confined to the Old Testament. The Bible confirms that God is unchanging, His Word immutable, infallible, and applicable to every generation (Malachi 3:6; Psalm 33:11; 100:5, Hebrews 13:8). The New Testament clearly rejects the sin of sodomy: Romans 1:18-32 is a scathing rebuke of this sin for both men and women. Colossians 3:5 condemns “inordinate affection” as uncleanness. I Corintians 6:9 declares, “ …neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortions, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” The sin of sodomy is further condemned in I Timothy 1:10, where those who “ …defile themselves with mankind…” are listed with the whoremongers, menstealers, liars, perjured persons, etc. Deuteronomy 23:18 employs the word dog for a sodomite: “Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.” Revelation 22:15 places unrepentant and unsaved “dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie” outside the city of the New Jerusalem.

The legislative action of these Senators, supported by a lone Admiral and a wimpy Secretary of Defense, cannot overthrow the truth of God, Who will write the last chapter on this sin. It will not be pleasant. A review of the fire and brimstone on the ancient cities of Sodom and Gomorrah provides a preview of what awaits those who endorse this heinous sin and refuse to repent at the cross of Jesus Christ.

Because of this legislation, the possibility remains that sufficient numbers will refuse to serve in a voluntary U. S. Military. In that case, the U. S. will be forced to draft people to serve in the sodomized military. What will the Department of Defense do when Americans refuse to discard their religious, spiritual, moral, and constitutional beliefs to fraternize in a military that forced them to be compatible with homosexuals?

I foresee potential clouds gathering over the military skies in America. I pray that I am not speaking as a lone American from another generation. This author served honorably in the U. S. Military, but in a different generation with far different standards of morality and for causes other than those that now defended by America’s volunteer military.

The following biblical standard is more than sufficient justification for Christians to shun today’s military service as long as sodomy is honored.

TEN REASONS FOR AMERICANS TO SAY “NO” TO SERVICE IN THE U.S. MILITARY

1: God’s Word, combined with 396 years of American history, prohibit the sin of sodomy finding acceptance in this country: “Abstain from all appearance of evil” (I Thessalonians 5:22) and say NO to today’s military.

2: Do not join a multitude to do evil and spread AIDS around the world. “Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil . . .” (Exodus 23:2).

3: Do not join the U. S. Military and be forced to sell your spiritual and moral birthright by placing your core beliefs on the shelf while you eat, sleep, shower, work, and live with homosexuals, many of whom are bound to be infected with AIDS. “Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness” (II Corinthians 6:14).

4: Do not subject yourself to endless hours of sensitivity training. The military can keep its “zero tolerance policy” for anyone who shows any indication of opposition to a pro-homosexuality military. God tells His children, “Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge” (Proverbs 19:27).

5: Do submit yourself to the horrific living conditions of being housed in the same quarters and using the same latrine and shower station as homosexuals. God instructs His children in II Corinthians 6:17-18 as follows: “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing and I receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters saith the Lord Almighty.”

6: Refrain from joining a military that is forced to have no compunction about placing a homosexual in the same foxhole or the same trench in combat situations. Can you trust someone who may be motivated to satisfy sexual urges and who, if you respond in a negative manner, is ready to report you to your Company Commander? In Amos 3:3, the Living God poses this question: “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?” How much more difficult it would be to face combat with someone who believes that having sex with a person of the same gender is acceptable!

7: Do not join a military unit where homosexuals are going to be present and may carry infectious, sexually transmitted diseases. “Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time?” (Ecclesiastes 7:17).

8: Soldiers often find themselves in very close quarters to others. They may share a latrine and be naked in preparation for a shower. Will you feel comfortable standing naked beside a homosexual? “For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness” (I Thessalonians 4:7).

9: How much can you trust a superior officer who is homosexual? Can you be certain that officer would be able to subdue his perverted urges and not compromise the lives of those under his command? Would you feel at ease in resisting his efforts to hit on you, knowing he were your superior and would have an advantage over you in a showdown? Do you want to place yourself under the authority of a homosexual? Join the military, and this is exactly what you can anticipate. God says this: “Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away” (Proverbs 4:14- 15).

10: The choices we make in life not only have consequences in this life, but on the Day of Judgment when we face Almighty God. Do you want to face God knowing you willfully volunteered to associate with homosexuals? Are you ready to call “good” what God calls “evil”? Will you love that which God hates and hate that which God loves? Do you believe men are sexually compatible with men and women are sexually compatible with women? Are you ready to judge God incompetent in His original design? Be careful of the choices you make in this life, for you will relive them when you stand before the Judge of all souls. “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil” (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14—emphasis ours.)
