When we read the various nationalistic publications around we find rants about what one group of evil geniuses are doing to manipulate the people in some area, other rants about how those villains, or others, are controlling the government to do something else, and rants about conspiracies to gain control of power. The stories are nice to stir up the blood and many may be true. Hell, all of them may be true. But what is the point? Can we storm the Masonic lodges world—wide and force them to unleash their supposed grip? Can we make George Soros stop funding the destruction of the West? Even if we could, would that really solve the problems facing our Nation? It seems that focusing so much time and energy on such issues is attacking the leaves of evil rather than the root.

As Nationalists, we lead the way in trying to identify the root of evil infesting our Nation and promote ways to destroy that root. While it is possible that those in control could maintain their grip through sheer power and might, it cannot last forever if the people do not support them, as was seen with the Soviet Union. It is not because of might or conspiracies that our civilization is decaying and under alien influence, it is because the people have given their consent to it. Those who understand and focus their energies upon exposing the dirty tricks of the Federal Reserve and the fraudulent nature of the American monetary system seem to think that if the masses knew the chains around their necks that something would change, that something would be done about it. News flash: the people don't care, in their minds this corrupt system works because they have beer, T.V., and fat bellies. Others want to blow the lid on the conspiracies of the Skull and Bones, the Illuminati, Freemasonry, and other groups. They don't understand that the masses couldn't care less. Israeli lobby? Hell, they support Israel and can't be bothered to turn off the T.V. to find out why they shouldn't. Those symptoms are but the signs of the true root of the evil destroying our Nation, the selfish and materialistic spirit infecting our people.

It does not matter who is fostering that spirit or who has turned an innate base selfishness into a raging cancer, we can't do anything about them. Let's face it, they are not the problem. The problem is that we ceased to resist that corruption, we bought into that mindset. When we catch our wife in bed with another man we may be mad at him, especially if he knowingly seduced a married woman, but he is not the real problem, the cheating unfaithful whore is the real problem. He would not have gotten anywhere if she remained true to her family and said, "No." The lecherous creep is a problem but the woman who gave in is the main issue. It would not matter how many creeps are around if our wife is virtuous and true. The same applies to our nation.

The spirit of selfishness has become strong in our people and it has bred apathy for what is truly important. The people are so wrapped up in hedonistic pursuits that they cannot break away to become an informed electorate or be educated on the issues which our people are facing for their survival. They cannot even tell you why the White race should not die out. They have been sold the lie that the focus of life is "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" (at least those who have stopped to even question the purpose of life will echo such drivel).

The people consent to those who rule and they accept the fraudulent choices they are given because they are comfortable with things the way they are and it would cause too much trouble to choose a different path. It is far more pleasurable to keep the system of usury going and to keep giving money to those sapping the blood of our nation than to delay gratification. It is more pleasurable to watch integrated sports teams and movies than it is to boycott them. It is more pleasurable (in the short term at least) to get drunk and high than it is to be sober. Most of all, it is more pleasurable, or at least easier, to ignore everything wrong in the world and to not allow "politics" to ruin a "good time."

Nationalists tend to be a breed apart. For whatever reason we do not find it preferable to ignore the ills of the world and the destination this path our nation is on leads to. Nationalists believe in the common interest before the self and that folk and family are the purpose of life. We are fortunate. Whether it was a biological fluke which programmed our brains this way or whether circumstances in life led us down this path, Nationalists reject the materialistic worldview for one of blood and we reject hedonism and selfishness, recognizing that we are part of an organic whole and that it is only because of the whole that we can be who we are.

The late Richard Barrett wrote in The Commission:

One is not worthy to be called an American unless the survival of his people holds the highest ranks in his thoughts. The struggle to survive undergirds all political doctrine and all human history. While there is no history without the biographies of individuals who  made it, neither is there individuality without a people, any more than there can be birth without parents or blood without the body (P. 175) What is a brain without a body, just as what is an individual without his people? The nation demands and the enlightened individual readily accepts the surrender of unrestrained license. The libertine is exchanged for cooperation for the survival of all. License yields to liberty .... There is no true declaration of independence which is not, at the same time, a charter of rights and responsibilities (P. 183). 

Our national body must be healthy so we fight and sacrifice for it. Selfishness and hedonism is eating it alive and something must be done to stop it.

There are some hard—hearted individuals who view the masses of our people with contempt and who would write off those who are lost in that destructive mentality. Pseudo—nationalist works like the Turner Diaries laud the day when they will be forced with terror and violence to capitulate and which views their destruction with a shrug of the shoulders: "That's what they get-for being sheep." That is what distinguishes "little 'n'" nationalists from "big 'n'" Nationalists. They do not love their race, they hate other races and love themselves.

We, on the other hand, love our people, even the lost ones. We have empathy and understand that those caught up in the materialistic mindset are victims and simply doing as they are taught. It is easy to blame the Jews for seducing them into it, but that is simply more hacking at the leaves. While the Jews are promoters of hedonism and license, and while they have coaxed our people into this debauchery for generations, they could not have done it without willing Americans nor would it have taken root if Americans had raised their children with a Nationalistic spirit. Can we callously throw our fellow Americans away because their parents and grandparents failed to instill proper values into them? Sure, some of us were able to overcome such an upbringing, but since when is it right for the fortunate to arrogantly look down their nose upon the unfortunate? Can we not have the same understanding and compassion for what led them down the path and lead them instead down a better one?

Every time we educate a lost fellow American we are attacking the root of evil. Every time we set the example of putting the common interest before ourselves we attack that root. When we inspire others and raise our children with a Nationalist spirit we attack the root of evil.

Sometimes we need to hack away the leaves to get a good view of the roots we are targeting, but those roots are the goal of Nationalist attack. Let us stop being distracted by things we can do nothing about and focus on what we can do. What is in our power and abilities is to enlighten and uplift the mentalities of our friends, co—workers, and neighbors. That is the task before us and that is the highest calling of fraternity.
