The instrument was signed by The National Front and The Nationalist Movement in London, England on October 3, 1989, during the Annual General Meeting of The National Front. Signatories were Paul Nash and Richard Barrett. Richard Barrett was introduced at The National Front by then-Chairman Ian Anderson for his Raise Your Excalibur speech.
