The Nationalist Movement was founded by Mark Watts on January 20 , 1987 in Cumming, Georgia , in opposition to civil rights activists in Forsyth County, Atlanta.
The Nationalist Movement's goal of an "all-American America" were set out in its twelve-point Forsyth County Covenant. Thousands marched in its initial parade on January 24 , 1987 , but sixty-six were arrested and police broke up the reading of the Covenant at the Forsyth County Courthouse. The Covenant was adopted at a meeting, led by Watts, in a chicken house in Forsyth County on February 22 , 1987 and ratified by Jimmy Wynn, at the courthouse, after Nationalists won a lawsuit, allowing them to assemble on March 14, 1987. The Covenant was promulgated at a rally, led by Greg Myers, on the steps of the National Capitol in Washington, D.C. , on May 19 , 1987 . It was adopted by the Nationalist National Convention in Suwanee, Georgia , led by Bob Smith, on July 16 , 1988 , at which the Nationalist Platform was adopted and its headquarters moved to Learned, Mississippi.
1. Majority rule. The majority -- not the minority -- must rule. The democracy of the American People must be inviolate.
2. Equality. Special favors, privileges, quotas and preferences for minorities must be abolished. The equality of the American People must be re-established by repeal of the oppressive and punitive Voting Rights' Act and Civil Rights' Acts. 3. Labor. Oppression of those who honestly toil and labor must end. Those who loaf must not be supported by those who work. 4. Freedom. The cause of freedom embodied in the American flag must ascend over communism -- throughout the world and within our own borders. The Communist Party, subversive fronts and black-power anarchists must be outlawed. 5. Heritage. America's heritage as a free, white, Christian, English-speaking democracy -- uplifting the work ethic and guaranteeing private property -- must be advanced. Nationalist love of country and fraternal love of countrymen must overcome the hatred of those who despise us. 6. Independence. America must be an independent, sovereign and unitary nation. All efforts to make us a bi-lingual, bi-sexual or bi-racial society must be defeated. 7. Social justice. The American working man must have social justice -- free from the tyranny of profiteers, money-changers and unearned wealth. Artificial barriers between "rural" and "urban," and "management" and "employees," must be broken down in order to draw us together and lift us up. 8. Work. The American People must be assured decent work, an uplifted standard of living and prosperity in agriculture, commerce and industry. The American People must be guaranteed liberty and justice. 9. Patriotism. Racial integration in America must end and non-white immigration must cease. The burgeoning non-white population explosion within our borders must be brought under control. 10. Morality. The nation's demoralization of youth, decline in education, plummeting of morality and proliferation of crime must be reversed. The family, marriage and protection of women and mothers must be strengthened and the poor, sick and aged must be relieved of their distress. 11. Democracy. The Constitution must be strengthened. The American People must be able to vote across state lines -- by referendum and initiative -- in order to preserve, protect and advance majority rule and democracy in our nation. 12. Destiny. Harassment, intimidation and brutality by government, police or highly placed privilege against the American People must cease. ADL preaches racial integration, racial equality and multiculturalism, as one of their most popular slogans is: “Diversity is our greatest strength.” This highly influential pressure group sponsors activities that urge people “to reject racial division,” and condemns discrimination against Jews in housing as an “an insidious form of anti-Semitism." A major focus of their activity in the US in the 1960s was the implementing the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This legislation help create a racially-integrated society in the US. They allegedly reject all forms of "racial domination” except their own. That is, a situation where one ethnic group dominates another, as they are especially hostile toward all manifestations of white unity which they call "white supremacy.” Where different ethnic groups coexist in the same nation, ADL appears to be a strong advocate of a non-white society.
Critics however have claimed that this ADL "moral agenda" is, for the most part, an ideological facade, a method by which to surreptitiously advance Jewish-Zionist interests under the guise of morality. According to this viewpoint, public opposition to racial/ethnic discrimination is being used in the service of the ADL's Jewish-Zionist ethnic/cultural nationalism. ADL preaches universalistic equality and racial/ethnic mixing for non-Jews while maintaining an exclusivist-separatist group identity for Jews.
Judaism has been characterized by genetic and cultural separation from others, and an explicit double standard of morality—altruism and cooperation among Jews, but competition with non-Jews. Thus, according to this viewpoint, the Jewish Communities that reside outside of Israel where Jews are a minority need a nation that tolerates their long-term policy of non-assimilation and group solidarity. In a racially integrated society composed of a variety of different and competing ethnic groups, all with divergent interests, it is very difficult to develop a cohesive Gentile movement that is opposed to organized Jewry. In addition, in racially integrated societies outside of Israel in which the surrounding Gentiles have only a week and feeble sense of their own racial/cultural/religious identity, Jews are less likely to be identified as a hostile, non-assimilable, and alien element. As a consequence, in racially integrated, multicultural societies outside of Israel, Jews can gain power and influence.
So which is it? Is the ADL truly interested in creating racially diverse, multicultural societies where all ethnic groups coexist on an equal basis everywhere in the world? Or is this universalistic/multicultural agenda in reality an ideological front under which they promote a Jewish-Zionist agenda—Jewish dominance in Israel where Jews are a majority, but “racial equality” and multiculturalism outside of Israel because Jewish Communities benefit enormously from such an agenda?
Fortunately, we are offered a situation where we can test these two rival, competing hypotheses: Israel. In a past issue of the New York Times, there was a controversial article that discussed proposals for replacing the Jewish-Zionist state of Israel with a Jewish-Arab state--a bi-national, ethnically integrated, secular state where Jews and Arabs would live together as social and political equals. In the article’s own words: “The unthinkable was that Israel should be replaced by a bi-national country in which Jews and Palestinians would live together in democratic harmony.”
National Chair of the ADL Barbara B. Balser responded to the article with her own “letter to the editor.” This missive apparently expresses a formal, etched-in-stone policy of the ADL. They reject the idea of a bi-national, ethnically integrated, secular state in the Middle East where Jews and Arabs would live together as political equals. They label this as an “insidious anti-Israel effort,” and “an effort to destroy Jewish sovereignty in the Holy Land.”
Curiously, when The Nationalist Movement says that multiculturalism will destroy America the ADL considers this “racist.” The fact is the ADL clearly wants to maintain Jewish sovereignty. This strongly suggests that what critics of the ADL say is indeed true.
If the primary motive of the ADL was to promote racial equality and multiculturalism and ending all forms of racial and ethnic supremacy, then we should expect that they would promote this agenda in Israel (where Jews are a majority) just as ardently as they promote it everywhere else in the world (where Jews are a minority). But this is not the case. For the most part, the ADL promotes racial integration and multiculturalism everywhere outside of Israel because it actually advances Jewish-nationalism, and enables Jews to acquire power and influence in predominantly non-Jewish societies.
That is, Universalism and calls for "racial equality" are used to serve sectarian Jewish nationalism. It is hard to believe that they sincerely believe in the ideals of racial equality and multiculturalism when they are the most ardent supporters of Israel, a separate and unequal society in which discrimination is part of the established social order and Jewish supremacism is enshrined in law.

In 1913, Leo Frank, a director of B’nai Birth and owner of a pencil company, was found guilty of the murder of a young employee of that company, Mary Phagan. Frank was convicted based on the testimony of the janitor of the factory, Jim Conley, whom Frank tried to recruit to help clean up the mess. But Governor Slaton, who was also Jewish, commuted the death sentence. Enraged at this travesty of justice, the people of Marietta broke into Leo’s prison and lynched him. Following that case, the ADL was formed and launched a campaign to smear all witness and intimidate the media and politicians into first questioning the conviction itself, then demanding a full pardon and exoneration. The goal was not to help Leo Frank, who was of course past caring, but to do damage control; to conceal from the public the fact that such crimes were being committed by prominent members of the Jewish community by claiming that all reports of such crimes are “Anti-Semitism.” That pattern continues to the present, with the wife of Bernie Madoff in 2011 still insisting that their fall from wealth is the “Gentile’s fault!”, and the case reported below in which Rebecca Zahau was found bound hand and foot, hanging in the home of another Jewish CEO, and promptly declared a suicide on the basis of a note written in a third party’s handwriting.
